Transformers: Fall of Cybertron release date, trailer revealed

Activision has announced today that Transformers: Fall of Cybertron will be releasing to stores on August 21, 2012, just under two months away. In the same press release, they also revealed a brand new trailer for the game which shows off the city-sized transformer, Metroplex.

We're fairly positive that the original cut of this trailer was about 17 seconds long, before every single scene was redone in slow motion and brought to a cool 1:49. Regardless of the slow-mo obsession, the game looks pretty great so far, and we would know. We've covered it quite a bit already.
